OTCA is the current and exclusive operator of the air cargo terminal at El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá, Colombia. With a total project size of 845,000 square feet (78,503 m2) of airside air cargo and ancillary facilities, the airport cargo facility in Bogotá is the largest in Latin America as measured on annual throughput in metric tonnes. The project also counts with direct airside access, a dedicated aircraft ramp area, warehouse facilities, offices, and retail spaces. Besides a vibrant export community, Bogotá has unique geographical characteristics that make it an ideal regional logistics hub.

OTCA is the first Tribeca investment in the transportation infrastructure sector. As business partner, Tribeca selected Lynxs Group, a privately owned Austin; Texas based international real estate development company specializing in air cargo and related transportation infrastructure facilities at airports worldwide. Lynxs partners with airports worldwide to create new air cargo infrastructure, and/or redevelop existing yet outdated air cargo or related infrastructure.
